Whether you have found yourself in the Naughty, Nice or somewhere in between category this year, we all still deserve a cookie. And this cookie, is oh so delicious. White and dark chocolate chips are decadent, scrumptious, ooey and gooey. As if having both white and dark chocolate chips in a cookie isn't enough, the added bonus, these puppies are gluten free! Hence, the Naughty and Nice cookie. Ah-ha! You thought it was the white and dark chocolate that made these cookies a dichotemy of good and bad. Yes, but no. It is really the fact that you can indulge without the added guilt. Love it!
I made this cookie recipe to practice for the 12 days of cookie season and it was so good that I wanted to make it again a few days later, but to my dismay I was out of oats. I am a glass half full kind of gal, so I substituted the oats for 1/4 cup of cocoa powder and made a devil's food version of this cookie, also incredibly delicious, which is why it will be my cookie for day's 2-12 of cookie season. Indulge!
